August 14, 2009
It was three nights ago, I couldn’t sleep, as is often the case on warm nights. New York in August feels like a wet blanket fresh out of the oven. It’s hard not to sweat just bending over. My fiancée had gone out to her parents for the night, and the quiet in the house was peaceful, but incomplete. Truth be told, I just can’t stand to be away from her. Television didn’t do it, 25 minutes of baseball highlights later, still restless. A few books I’m in the middle of didn’t provide any repose either. I wondered, why the unrest? An incessant pebble of anxiety was rolling like a marble through my stomach. It was 1:30am; I sat in my backyard trying to enjoy the serenity of the calm hot air, barely rustling a tree.
How it came upon me, I’m still unsure now as I write this, but it did. It wasn’t rousing or electric, rather a subtle beckoning. “What can you do for someone else right now?” It’s a question we all would be well served to ask ourselves daily, if not hourly. But admittedly is difficult to do so consistently, sometimes even harder to remember, and yet even harder to execute with all of the daily demands and responsibilities we have.
For whatever reason, it came to me then, and I set out to try and satisfy this late night necessity. I pondered for a couple minutes about what I could do. I realize now my thoughts immediately were inordinately large in scale. Donate to a couple of charities online, maybe try and structure a new non-profit, bring those older clothes in the hall closet to Goodwill maybe? Neither of these, or the 7 other “big” ideas I had seemed satisfactory.
I decided then it’s never the scale of the action, it’s the intention.
I threw on some shoes and left my house. I ran to the local bodega where the keeper has set up an elaborate, and noticeably ingenious, mini-fan situation keeping him cool behind the tiny counter. I asked for change for a $50 dollar bill and set back out into the balmy night.
New York is a place of supreme opulence, the wealth that you see here at times is so staggering, it’s almost impossible to fathom. But what makes New York unique is amongst all of this privilege, often right on the street below a glass or brick tower of extreme abundance and luxury, sits heartbreaking poverty. In the summer the streets are littered with the sleeping less fortunate. Under bus stops and freight elevators, park benches and subway entrances. Every possession they own surrounding them like sentinels against the indifference of the city.
I set off that night and placed a few dollars as close to every sleeping homeless person I saw, as I meandered through lower Manhattan. Each time, was a needed and humbling reminder of the living blessing most of us share in everyday. I had not walked more than ten blocks before I was out of cash. I got some more and continued on my trek.
When I got home later, as the sun was beginning to peek over the east river and the day’s emails began to roll in, I sat thankful for lesson I had stumbled upon this sleepless night. We have an enormous opportunity, as human beings, to be a gift to each other. It doesn’t have to be money, I am lucky and grateful to help in that regard, but that is just one of a myriad amount of ways we can be a daily or hourly gift in the lives of others. It could be a supportive compliment at the end of an email, a quick text to let someone know you are thinking of them and hoping for their success, an extra minute or two of listening even when you are exhausted and crave nothing but ten minutes of silence. It could be simply holding the door open for someone or telling them they look nice that day.
Let’s try to remember it matters not how big or small our actions are, it’s the intention that counts.
All my Best,

Jay Kubassek

Jay this is very touching I always like to help people and I feel that if we do something to change a persons life everyday it has a riple effect. I may not have the money but I am always trying to be a good person to no matter who needs it, and to understand the shoes they are in. Thank you for sharing your story;
Wendy
Jay,
What a great post, and so eloquently written.
I’m off now for a couple of quick phone calls and emails to do just that. Tonight, my wife and I will be privliged to attend a weekly 12 step program called “Celebrate Recovery”, where we volunteer in any way that we can on a Friday night and fellowship with people struggling with addictions. (which we both did)
Thanks again for the post
Jerry
Hey Jay,
Great post! Sounds like you are well grounded in all
aspects of your life!

Jay, thanks for your story. i have had a heart to give most of my life. at the age, that is all i have left to do in fulfilling my life. I now know I have a way to give like I have longed to. I also have realized in my life that there are SO many ways to give, to “sew” into lives. In fact, the way I see it, every aspect of life is sewing and reaping. You sew your time, money, life, emotions, love in the right ways…. or then, there is the opposite. And we all know what comes from both aspects. Unfortunately, i have sown and reaped a lot of bad out of my ignorance and stubborness. Thank God, now i know the way to real life. Thank you for leading by example.

Jay, thanks for writing this. Excellent. Very moving. I often get caught up in “me” and need to be reminded every now and then that we’re surrounded by people who are in desperate need–of some form of support. Like you said, even a simple compliment can make the difference in someone’s day. Thanks again!

Great words Jay because in the bible states when you give to the poor its lending money to the lord an he will pay you back in abundance
Inspiring. Just got an email from my sis far away…she’s so stressed, working, has a disabled husband whose going back for more surgery. Wish I could help her, but with this business, may be possible.
Thank you for the inspiration this morning.
Just listened to JJ’s Call to Action.
CCPro the best thing to happen in my career so far, and I haven’t even made any money yet!

Hi Jay,
“No matter how big or small” I hope to be successfull with CarbonCopyPro because I would love to go downtown Portland Oregen this Christmas and hand out $50 bills and walk away. I would invite my wife and a few fiends to help then take them out to dinner and a few drinks.
Thank You,
George
Hi Jay, I am honoured to be a part of such a great company with so many incredible leaders. I and my wife have been involved with CCPro for about 2 1/2 weeks after looking into it for 6 months. Our personal financial situation has been precarious at best for the last year, due to some not so wise decisions involving the businesses we own or owned in some cases. (note the past tense reference) We had several good years previous to this, but then for whatever reason monetarily we headed south. I also have health challenges(diagnosed with Parkinsons 9 years ago)and so just doing the everday things we all take for granted is a constant struggle.
I say all this, not to get sympathy, but rather to give hope to those who may be experiencing similar or unique struggles. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, if you just never give up trying. It is vitally important to give to others in whatever way we can, be it financial, physically or maybe words of wisdom by practicing “tough love”. Sometimes the best way to help a person is by telling them not what they want to hear, but what they need to hear to move on in life.
I have been working on a way to market a line of childrens books, designed to help children enhance their self image and become contributing members of society as they get older. When I saw Liz Parkinsons books the other day, I immediatally emailed her to see if there was anyway that we could benefit each other and help to spread our cause to more people. I was pleasantly surprised when she responded within hours to my comments, but mostly I was impressed with her humble giving spirit. We shall see where this potential collaboration leads.
I apologize if this was not the forum to air these thoughts, as it is a rather long comment, but I just felt the need to connect.
All the best Jay and looking forward to meeting you and Aaron soon.
“THE BEST IS YET TO COME!”

Hello,
I really appreciate your kind gesture and your sense of sincerity towards humanity. You’ve given a good detail of reason to show kind gestures to humanity. But as you said is not about money, but what we can do within our own capacity to help our world. Meanwhile I would like to encourage us show unconditional love to all people.
Thank You for your Words,
Stacy
As I read over your letter, I felt the atmosphere a if I were in your shoes feeling the compassion in your heart. I am so thankful to be a part of an organization with founders and members that are so selfless. I truly feel that I am in the right place at the right time, connected with the right community. Thank you for leading by example.
Hi Jay,
It is actions like this that give us the richess of life, to help others.
Thank you for sharing and inspiring.

Jay, truly you are an inspiration to newbiees like me. i feel very much empowered by your words of leadership.you are blessed beyond measure. thank you for sharing your thoughts. it feels good to know that above all, you are still as human as all of us. God bless you.
I regularly buy meals for some of the homeless people that I see around where I live (Orlando) – I don’t want to give them money as they possibly buy alcohol, cigarettes or drugs with it. The other day, I saw a homeless man on the side of the road rubbing his belly saying that he was hungry. I rolled down my window and he came close. I told him I would meet him at the store on the corner and buy him a meal. He shook his head and walked up along other cars rubbing his belly again. Then I went to that store and when I came out, there he was on a bicycle. I walked by him and said: “You missed your chance.”
How about a dollar over this way? Just kidding. On a serious note, I admire that instead of going out and blowing your money on something silly, you actually went out and helped your fellow man. I may not have the money (yet) to be able to do something like this, but at least I know that each day I’m always available to give some much needed advice or words of encouragement to my friends and even to those who don’t know me quite so well. If more people thought this way, perhaps our world would be a better place…
Kia Oraana Jay!You are an amazing person the world would be a better place if there are more people walking this earth who cares the less fortunate like you do.Paul& I are involved with our local community garden to assist our young & not so old to go back to basic & learn to grow organic veg garden every child or adult
should have a go at it most rewarding. For future sleepless nights try watering the garden save your water from the washing & showers simple but effective & soothing and your garden will be smiling at you in the morning. The greenies would love you for it.
Maki
Whenever I have observed your thought process I am reminded of a favorite quotation by DAVID VISCOTT,Phd. “The purpose of life is to discover your gift…,the meaning of life is to give it away. It seems to me that it is more selfless to teach folks how to “fish”,as in the biblical story, (and CCPRO) rather than to merely give them the fish to eat. Of course we can all appreciate the nobility to oblige to the needy, but I am especially grateful for the opportunity with CCPRO!
Jay, you’ve said it all, the truth can’t be hidden.A giver is always on the top to recieve.I have experienced it so many times, whenever i give out something it comes back in many folds. It is an opportunity and honor to bring change in the life of humanity.CCPro is an eye openner into realities
Thank you for the beautifully written story! Thank you for sharing a part of yourself with us in many ways that I am sure most will never know.
I believe it is these “little things” that matter most.
Blessings!
Colleen
Hey Jay ,
Nice entry today . If everyone did just a fraction of what you mentioned in your article , imagine the effect that would have on the world as a whole . Well done & well written .
Hi Jay:
Your letter was very inspirational. In most communities there are so many people who appear to need help. Sometimes it’s very difficult to differentiate between the needy and the panhandlers who do this for a living. I am sure we have all heard of the stories of panhandlers who, at the end of the day, hop on the bus or the subway and go home to their expensive homes in the suburbs.
In your experience the other evening, all those people were actually sleeping on the streets, so obviously they were in dire straits.
What I have been doing lately is developing my intuition. I seem to be able to detect someone who is genuinely in need. Obviously, unless we are very wealthy, we cannot afford to give to everyone, so it’s good to be able to tell the difference between the two types of people.
I see Heidi’s point about offering them a hot meal if they are hungry. It’s quite surprising how many will refuse the food.
I agree that there are numerous ways that we can help our friends, neighbors and strangers. Just a little kind act can make such a huge difference in someones day…and the joy it brings us is immeasurable.
Thanks for your insight Jay.
Thank you Jay, it reminded me of an old autograph book that we found in the attic
of a house we moved into when I was a little girl – a long time ago now. There was this verse that read ” If you have had a kindness shown, pass it on, let it
travel thru the years, let it wipe aothers tears, ’til ine heaven the deed appears, pass it on.” It is something that I tell other people when they say
how can I ever repay you. Sometimes I need to be reminded of it.
Your thoughtfullness, insight and caring is helping me thru a very difficult
emotional time. You are one of the good people and are helping that number multiply. Well done – and doing.

Jay, one of the best things Ive read. Great Post…

Jay,
What a super story. Random acts of kindness generate such a great vibe overall and spreads from one person to the next. On the personal level a completed circle forms it all comes back around eventually. While living in San Francisco I would pay the toll for the person behind me and be overwhelmed by a good feeling inside myself. Kind words, a smile or being Jay Kubassek running around the streets of NY in the middle of the night leaving dollar bills for less fortunate people. (Thats a visual!) It all boils down to what life is all about. The generosity in a person’s heart leads to abundance and greater fulfillment in ourselves when its shared. I am proud to be a part of this community.
Jay – what a winning mindset! Mind if I borrow it?
Kurt
You sound like a kindred spirit, your willingness to get out there in the real world and help in some way makes perfect sense to me.
Some may tend to think that those people living on the street are there by choice, that they have no desire for something better in their lives.
Once a person sinks so low, no job, no unemployment insurance, not eligible for social assistance, possibly bankrupt, evicted from their home may it be an apartment or house or even a room in someones house; they find themselves living on the streets with nothing but their meager belongings on their back or in a shopping cart. These displaced human beings have great difficulty finding there way back to what we consider a normal life. After a while normal may be just having a real meal @ the same time every day, more than likely shared at a food kitchen with many other homeless people, sometimes they can be too late and all the food is gone, just the aroma is left behind for them to savor.
It was a fantastic thing you did leaving a few dollars by the people you found sleeping, hopefully they actually found it and were not robbed while they slept by some other homeless soul.
Jay; I’m not trying to rain on your parade, it was a wonderful gesture leaving money by sleeping soldiers of the street, it does put to mind this saying from where it comes I do not remember but will share it with you. “The road is paved with good intentions.”
Have you ever volunteered at a local food bank or helped out @ a free kitchen once a month or once a year, there are so many different things that a person can do to help those less fortunate. There is Habitat for Humanity that are always looking for help from citizens to help get people in lower incomes into their own homes with low payments they can afford and they help to build their own home, so they have a home they helped to build; sounds like sweat equity & in a sense it is; they sweat while building their own home and develop friendships that will possibly last a lifetime.
Keep on keeping on my friend, blessed be.
Jay Jerry Mullins here
I love your story, I lived in Houston Texas up until a year ago where the same homeless situation exist. I now live back in small town Alabama (birthplace).
Where thing don’t seem to be as bad homeless wise.
But when i look at all of the poverty, crime, ignorance and lack of respect among our children, which is in every major city and town,it make me scared, wondering where is this world headed?
I like you, when i lived in Houston i use to walk around giving out money to people that was homeless.
But than i asked my self a question.
Where do all of these homeless people come from? Where do all these people in our jails and prison come from?
Are not these the same little kids; whom we pass up on a daily basis not ever giving a thought as to, what they would some day become.
Then i thought that maybe my money could be better spent if i helped some child.
Again i said to myself i am 65 years of age with 6 grown kids and a host of grand kids, what if they would come up to me and say grand paw teach me how to make $10,000 dollars a month. I would have to tell them papa don’t even know himself.
that bother me.
So i went online searching for a way, to first learn how to make $10,000 dollars a month myself.
I tried a lot’s of things and lost a lot of money.
Everyone i got involved with online was more concern about teaching me how to make money by selling their products goods or services.
One of the good things they taught me, was how to advertise my affiliate site by trading my time for money. Which by that time i had very little of.
Trading time for money were for me to use Traffic Exchanges and Safelist.
While clicking on the Traffic Exchanges i believe i run across Jay a number of times knocking on an internet screen saying what if? (i’m not sure).
As i was taught to do i just pasted him up anyway; until i had built my Nutritional business up to 30 people in my downline after two months, which i thought was real good but then nobody in my business was making any money not even me.
So i said to myself,i can’t let these people know that it will take months maybe years for us to start making any real money. They would all drop out never to follow me again.
Thank God i come across CarbonCopyPro, the business that teaches people how to make money in any business, what a blessing, again I said to myself,if i can join this business unknowning to them and start making $15,000 a month in 30 days and show them one of my paychecks maybe i could get them to expand their think.
So to Jay and all the rest, not just me we all have before us one of the greatest opportunities in the world, once i (we)can learn how to make $10,000 a month with CarbonCopyPro for myself (ourselves).
Instead of just giving out money to homeless people on the street. My money can be well spent by helping other people to do the same.
I believe the bible saith it best. Training up a child in the way he or she should go.
What better way for me to spend some of my money than by reaching out to some young person that i don’t even know and teach them how to make money with this business.
The Japanese proverb saith;Feed a man or woman a fish you fed them for a day, if we teach some young man or woman how to make $10,000 a month we’ll feed them for a life time. Join me in my quest!
I hope you all will forgive me for going on and on but these thought came into my mind after reading Jay’s story. and i just had to release them.
Thanks to you all.
Jay
What A Beautiful Star You Are…
Having worked with the homeless and elderly on a voluntary basis for over 20 years, reading your post today filled me with so much emotion and pride.
Emotion – because despite your humble beginnings, struggles and sheer fortitude, you were able to create a situation that eventually manifested itself into where you are today. You believed in yourself and your capabilities, yet at the same time, were not blinded by your success. So much so that you are able to give back to others in the way that you do.
Pride – because to have discovered your organization just(by chance?)over a month ago, has meant being surrounded by the best Leaders, Mentors, Coaches and Teachers in the industry. All of whom have given of themselves selflessly, within the CCPro and WMI community, in order to enlighten, educate and realize that we hold only ourselves accountable for our own self-empowerment. For that, I Thank Them.
I am a strong believer in Universal Karma, Random Acts of Kindness, and doing what we all can, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, in order to make a difference in someone’s life, without expecting anything back in return. Each One To Teach One…
Thank You for Being You, your wonderfully inspirational posts (and call with another great Leader John Jackson, last Thursday) and for sharing a part of who You are with all of Us.
Peace, Love & Blessings
Sam

I recently, have a dream of the hopeless children of Africa living in poverty and I am determine to have the power to change all this.
I pray to the Lord daily to ask him to bless this business of mine.
My little daughter of 3 years is named Dawn – we believe every single human beings on this planet must be given a chance and hope – hope for the future

Dear Jay the act giving is one the gifts we as humans should exercise more often it the act of compassion which is one of the tennants of the Bushido Code and in Buddhism it is very good Karma to give to someone and expect nothing in return I bow to you sir welldone. Mark
Hey Jay!
You are a great guy! I am glad that I joined this company and community. About eight months ago, I was baking bread like crazy. I was so into it and thought it would be great to start a bread non-profit where I would give a loaf to someone everyday for free. I gave lots out for Christmas but maybe it would be good to do it the whole year through.
I may just do that. You inspired me gain. Thanks.
Pia Lord
Dear Jay,
I so appreciate your letter above to all of us included at CCPro. Jay I can truly relate to how you “felt”; the restlessness, not knowing why or what caused it; but your solution of going out and giving to those people who so need help was wonderful!! This theme of giving I see thru the many avenues that CarbonCopyPro leaders communicate– in the live teleconferences with John Jackson, in the webinars, in the teleconference calls with all of the other leaders who resonate what you are sharing in your letter. Give!
And I am so thankful that you, Jay, gave to me and “countless” others yesterday in the Professional Autoresponder package for applications and leads!! I could not believe my eyes as I read your letter!! —– here I am just beginning with CCPro—– I have bought the application; the Inside Out just arrived!!; I bought the BIB and am learning how to use it now with all of the help and wisdom in the BIB making it possible for me to actually learn and do it!! —– I am hoping to upgrade to m2 Platinum (when a loan check clears!)— but to be given the gift worth $10,000!!! you, Jay, and all of those that work and represent CCPro are amazing!!! —— I am so excited and in awe at the magnitude of this “community” of people who are so encouraging and giving in so many ways!! —– I am so thankful that the Lord brought you; each one of you across my path—– I have so much hope for the future!! for my future, my husbands, my children and my grandchildren!! and for all of the people, TLW, that I will be able to share CarbonCopyPro and Wealth Masters International with. My thanks especially go out to Dave Hanson, my sponsor, for he is my first contact and the reason I am here now thanking you!! I look forward to more of your thoughts Jay and those of our leaders!! much aloha, mililani kiesling
Hi Jay,
Great Post. This makes me feel like I am in a completely new world where people think of others first and them selves. I am Honored to be a part of such a community. Keep doing what you do and keep inspiring us to do the same.
Thank you,
Farazdak Merchant.
I was touched by your experience and it has percolated since I read it. I am extremely new to CCP, in fact I am still working through the first steps and the part of me that always questions still questions ‘is this a Madoff?’ Hearing Andrew C. and Michael F. say ‘The juice is worth the squeeze’ was a red flag that told me to assess ALL the connotations of that statement, positive AND negative. So I proceeded to do so until this evening when I came upon an understanding: as follows;
I thought that I was unique in always looking at the worst case scenario when I ‘future’ thought about what MIGHT happen. But I am slowly beginning to realize that just about everyone carries the worst case scenario as an unconscious coping mechanism. So FAITH (self-belief?) might be no more than living in the now. That is, FAITH, is being/creating the now, not the ‘future’ MAYBE ‘just in case.’ which would mean the past is open to interpretation. That is, lessons learned; experiences created, may be relearned with a richer, deeper hue.
Just thought I’d pass that on in keeping with your insightful note earlier. Trevor
Thanks Jay for allowing your God given privilige to be shared with others, especially those who cannot repay you.In all my 30 years of ministry in the evangelical church scene the greatest challenge to ordinary man is to move from self interest to thinking of others as important ,even more important, than self. One of the aspects that has encouraged me greatly with my 6 months of involvement in CCPro is the emphesis to help others.
Thankyou for your leadership by example.God bless you.
Mr. Jay, thanks for that enriching thoughts. If several ppl would just try to duplicate some of your qualities..im sure the world will be a great place to live in…..each one can make a difference to change the world..for better one. I feel like joining your group..im sure u could be a good leader…send me more details re your carbon copy business..and hope I could join soon. Thanks and God bless you!!!
It is wonderful to practice mindless acts of kindness.
Most philanthropists are just trying to ease their consciences, however, for abusing their fellow man….
God designed giving to make the giver more than the receiver.
Blessings can be a curse if not passed along….
Good luck and good giving.
By following the Golden Rule we can turn the tide on despotism which now dominates our world….
I just want to say i love anyone who sincerely gives without looking for something in return, and the positive action of others onto others, inspires me to do something ,as should we all,and maybe just maybe,we would’nt have such poverty, and despair at such great lengths in a world where there is no need for it to be,if only the blessed knew what they were really blessed for and what they should be focusing on,anyway thx to jay for his inspiration and all others here that i read this nite,as i needed some,i have alot of health problems and a poor quality of life, but I’am sure there’s many just like me and worse, but at least i have a roof over my head ,a bite to eat,and good people like yourselves and jay for starting all this by sharing, thx again jay….if you only knew how many people you canand have infected in a good way,thx again my friend……..Wade in canada…maybe i will join carbo pro too when i can afford, thx everyone!!
Hi Jay,
I was teary-eyed after reading your post. All I can say is, your heart is in the right place.
In a smaller scale, my husband and I were in a beach for a couple of days just this weekend, we really enjoyed it but just like you there is a certain restlessness that persisted while we enjoyed the beach, the sun, the tourists, the shops, etc etc.
Its your heart wanting to reach out to the least fortunate. What we did was to give some lunch food to some beach “stray kids”(kids asking for alms/food). It’s also the simple comment to bar guys, restaurant waitresses, market fish vendors that they are really great at what they are doing that made the stay in that beach worthwhile and more meaningful.
GOD BLESS US ALL. I THANK YOU SO MUCH JAY FOR HAVING YOUR HEART IN THE RIGHT PLACE DESPITE ALL OF THE BLESSINGS THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIFE.
Vangie A. Santos – Philippines
Mr. Jay Kubassek,
When a still small voice calls out to a mans heart for action in some manner, the spirit of God is speaking to your spirit to serve Him.. God works in mysterious ways, calling on able souls to do his bidding, sometimes mundane things in our minds, but the fruits of that work flourish in the targeted lives of others less fortunate. Those who just need a helping hand to realize there is truly light at the end of a dark tunnel in their life, generating feelings in their soul that someone does cares enough to leave a dollar or two for sustenance when they had absolutely nothing. Through you, God works His miracle in the lives of others.. Christ said, that which you do unto the least of these, you have also done it unto me. You have served the Master while helping the poor.!! Carbon copy that ore, and ore, and ore again.. God bless you..!
Jay,
I am impressed that a guy who is running a multi-million dollor corporation and who came from nothing can still take the time to enrich the lives of others even with the simplest gift of giving a few dollars to someone you don’t know who is in need.
I am impressed by the CCPro company and what they stand for. I am slow at kicking my business in motion (lots of competing factors) so I haven’t even yet made one sale but I am determined that I have found the right group of people to work with and the right mission at hand.
You have inspired me, even in the smallest way to keep plugging on and maybe I can make a difference to other people in the every day small things, too.
Jay i watched those videos of yours for the 1st time late last night when i was searching for hope. There was something about your eyes that i felt shouted that “I really care, don’t you guys get that?”
Keep up the good work and God bless your heart
Hi jay,
An excellent post and touched me the most.I will also do something for underpriviled children a cause which is dear to me.Thanks for the inspiration.

If you give a man a fish, you will feed him for a day. If you teach a man how to fish, you will feed him for the rest of his life.
Hi Jay. I have just finished reading all of your letters here, and I must say, you are quite a guy! Don’t take this the wrong way, I’m not hitting on you. It’s just that all my life I had pictured having a partner like you, and well, after reading your letters and researching your organization, I have decided that you are the kind of man that I hope my son grows up to be. I haven’t met you personally, but the inner voice in my heart tells me that you are a good person and worth trusting. With that said (and it doesn’t come easily for me), I have decided to join with CCPro and begin a new journey. At least in one respect, I will have a great partner, and the opportunity to show my son a great role model. Thank you and God Bless!
I feel the same way! I have had people from AA that alienated their families and were struggling to stay clean and sober over for Thanksgiving and Christmas for 2 years! I would have done it longer but it filtered to them to do the same for others once they got on their feet so if I continued, they would not have gotten the lesson I did from it. Then it became just saying something nice to someone in the street that looked sad.I have become disillusioned in the healthcare system and so now my main thing at my job is to pick out a patient and spend my lunchbreak with them because I will get them to smile.Soon I will retire because I am going to be one of your next millionaires and then I can visit and bring them gifts!Thank-you for reminding me about the bigger picture here. I was more concentrated on getting out of debt and forgot the initial reason I want to become the next millionaire!!!THANKS!!!!
