CarbonCopyPRO Wins Silver at Elephant Polo

America`s first elephant polo squad, sponsored by CarbonCopyPRO (Carbon Copy the PRO`s), goes to Nepal and takes home the silver medal & “Best Dressed Team Award”

New York, NY December 26, 2008 — CarbonCopyPRO, an online marketing company, proudly sponsored the 2008 US National Elephant Polo Team, The New York Blue. New York Blue took home the World Elephant Polo Association (WEPA) Championships silver medal as well as the coveted “Best Dressed Team Award.” The tournament, held from November 30th through December 6th in Tiger Tops, Nepal, not only allows companies like CarbonCopyPRO to take part in this extreme, exciting, and unique competition, but it allows them to champion the games charity. All funds raised are donated to fund schools, medical clinics and conservation efforts in South Asia.

New York Blue competed with teams from all over the world, including Australia, England, Scotland, and host country, Nepal. While Tiger Tops Tuskers Nepal`s elephants crossed the finish line first, the New York driven elephants came in second at the Chivas Olympic Quaiche Finals.

It seems that all those hours practicing on the sun roof of SUVs in parking lots in Queens, New York paid off. As far as the “Best Dressed Team Award” goes, is anyone surprised? While the teams elephant polo skills spawned from much practice, fashion comes naturally to these native New Yorkers. Sponsoring a sport like Elephant Polo might seem odd for an online marketing company, but to CEO Jay Kubassek, it`s entirely a part of the company spirit. In addition, Kubassek also sponsored and raced the CarbonCopyPRO car in the recent Baja 1000.
